Plan de protección del Alquiler

El mercado del alquiler en 2025 enfrenta alta morosidad, especialmente en zonas tensionadas como Madrid y Barcelona, con impagos de hasta 14.000 euros. La inseguridad jurídica y la estacionalidad en zonas costeras agravan la situación, haciendo que muchos propietarios eviten alquilar. Según Jorge Juan Hernández, Responsable de la Dirección Territorial de Madrid de Plan de Protección del Alquiler para abordar este, se ha creado el Plan de Protección al Alquiler, en alianza con Legálitas y Mutua de Propietarios, ofreciendo garantías contra impagos, okupación y vandalismo. Su sistema de scoring permite seleccionar inquilinos fiables en minutos. El alquiler temporal ha crecido un 24% ante las restricciones del alquiler de larga duración, generando mayor inestabilidad. Plan de Protección acelera los desahucios de 18 a 8 meses y garantiza el pago al propietario desde el primer mes de impago, resolviendo el 90% de los casos sin llegar a juicio.
