Plan to reopen schools underway

SAfm — Department of Basic Education's Director-General Mathanzima Mweli says they are working with the Department of Water and Sanitation to ensure schools have provision of water and sanitation facilities. Mweli says learners and teacher will be provided with personal protective equipment (PPEs) and he further added that social distancing and sanitizing measures will be put in place when learners return to school.
