Planning in the Spirit

When it comes to missions (or any ministry activity for that matter) there’s doing things the common sense way and doing things Holy Spirit’s way! In this hilarious podcast Rolland Baker shares from his own experience about how Holy Spirit’s approach to planning is very different to ours. Rolland shows from his own story that while planning is not necessarily a bad thing, adventures choreographed by The Spirit frequently fly in the face of textbook advice on church growth and missions. He shows that while believers love their well thought out plans, often Holy Spirit calls us to step out in faith and simply trust that He has a plan!
