She heads up the customer support and success departments as well as the development of onboarding, training and helping with product processes. Coming from the marketing sector, co-founders Steven and Jeff were already very familiar with event marketing and experiential marketing (via live events), so they started talking to all their peers in event and venue management about what would help them do their jobs better.
