Plant Medicine, in conversation with herbalist Jonathan Roche

Talking with Johnny about plant medicine, adaptagens, forest bathing and more. Jonathan qualified in Shiatsu in 2004 and started working with MS patients and people with acquired severe disabilities. He subsequently studied the Alexander Technique for a year. He then studied Tai Chi and Chi Kung for 5 years with Masterworks International. In 2009 he finished his 4 year Honours degree in Herbal Science. He then went on to do a 2 year Apprenticeship in Herbal Medicine with Nikki Darrell.
