Planting trees on the blockweave with Duncan of Veritree

Duncan Brown is a blockchain engineer and team lead at Veritree, a reforestation initiative that is built on Cardano and Arweave. Their mission is to create the technology to verify and amplify the world's best Nature-Based Solutions. The team partners with established tree planting organizations, and they go several steps further by adding on-the-ground data to the blockweave to store it permanently. From APIs, custom built dashboards, and trackable tree codes, Veritree appears to be doing just about everything to keep a cohesive ledger of their tree planting efforts in order to maintain a high standard of verification and planting authenticity. Duncan is an inspiring individual who cares deeply about both blockchain and the environment.
