Plastic Packaging Attacks Both Ends of Your Body

from Dr. Howard Smith Reports · host Howard G. Smith MD, AM

Vidcast:  https://www.instagram.com/reel/DHDvDa9ukWT/Since the late 20th century its been all the rage.  The oil industry made it so cheap, it virtually replaced all other packaging material.  But now, we are paying the piper.A study just published in ScienceAdvances reports that microplastics, tiny microscopic plastic fragments, can and will block blood vessels in the brain. These plastic obstructions then form clots that cause strokes.  Chinese biologists, using a mouse model, injected microplastics and found that they accumulated in brain’s blood vessels impeding blood flow and triggering decreased animal mobility. While some of these plastic blockages cleared with time, others persisted longer term leading to lasting neurologic deficits. These ubiquitous microplastics have previously been linked to fertility issues, immune suppression, and cancer.  Despite these warnings, plastic production is predicted to triple by 2060.I said at the outset both ends of your body.  We covered your brain, and, guys, I buried the lead.  These obstructing microplastics have also been found in the human penis and testicles.  Doesn’t take much to imagine what damage these remnants of your plastic bags and bottles can do there.https://www.mdlinx.com/article/microplastics-appear-to-create-blockages-similar-to-blood-clots-like-a-car-crash-in-the-blood/5pTglaJJbjl4ZONesJVe9U?show_order=1&utm_campaign=reg_daily-alert_250304_daily-nl-am-v4_registered-users-a180&utm_source=iterable&utm_medium=emailhttps://www.nature.com/articles/s41443-024-00930-6#microplastics #plastic #brain #stroke #clots #penis #erectiledysfunction
