La técnica de la plastinación, desarrollada en 1977 por el anatomista alemán, Gunther Von Hagens, conocido como el Dr. Muerte, permite conservar tejidos, órganos o cuerpos enteros en perfecto estado. Una de las salas de la exposición permanente Eureka! Zientzia Museoa, cuenta con una colección de elementos plastinados (así como algunos óseos), que nos permiten conocer cómo somos por dentro, además de compararnos con otros animales.
