National Hispanic Institute team members Julio Cotto and Karla Martinez interview NHI President and Founder Ernesto Nieto on the eve of his 76th birthday. In preparation for a celebration on the grounds of the Institute, Ernesto shares stories of getting the organization started while sharing his belief of the future leadership's biggest challenges and opportunities.
