He admits to punching the plaintiff, but he claims he thought she was going to assault him with an iron. Plus, The plaintiff says she met the defendant through her ex, and they became roommates. She claims the defendant threw parties every day, and they got fined by the homeowners association. She’s suing her former roommate for the fines and a balance due on a loan. The defendant says the plaintiff moved his property around and alleges he stole from her. He claims she’s suing him prematurely.
