TIMEI already have a certain level of mastery with timeI’ve been told I do the work of 4 people in half the time - seriously, read it on our testimonials page.Which can actually lead me to be LAZY and indulgent with time.Because I’m so fast and powerful with it I don’t have to constrainKind of like moms being Uber efficient with the work they do because their time is so constrained by kids nap time and whatever - they cut the fatYoga example where I’m so flexible I can cheat and not build strengthAlso lazy in Eddy being really busy lately so if I work a really long day no one is coming home asking when I’m going to be done - no external checkIt’s also my team’s time!!I have people to delegate to… I don’t want to waste their time either or be lazy with their time tooMore planning & commitment, Not being messy in planningPomodoro technique - vigilant with timerAirplane mode phoneNot scheduling checking notifications until very specific times of dayDeciding ahead of time how long something will takeNo drama allowed - this has to be done in X amount of time so no I can’t diddle saddle researching quotes for 20 minutes or staring at the thesaurusA check I’m adding for myself is body care.adding things to my schedule for myself - actually going to the gym 3x/week, massages, girls roller blading crew that I’m trying to infiltrate (they’ve already invited me)Making those non negotiableScheduling off hours - so not sexy.
