We also discuss the necessities of a scene and where to start them. We also discuss achieving production feats in playwriting, beginners' mistakes, good and bad writing habits and building a routine as well as what makes a good story, and whether or not you can teach subtext. This is an episode oozing with information and knowledge.  Steven Young is an actor, director, and playwright. His full-length plays include The King's Face, The Night We Bombed Lincoln Towing, The Soothsayer, The Wal*Martians, The Resurrectionists, Cheddar Heads, The Night Witches, and Obscenity. Steven also teaches playwriting at Texas Women's University.
