The rate of men taking their own lives is alarming. I was honoured to speak with Men's Health Magazine's write Kieran Legg for his piece in the March/April 2023 editions of MHZA about what brought me to the bring and also what brought me back.  I am very grateful to have been able to contribute to this article in a small way because the topic is vital and we are not talking and sharing enough.  To quote Kieran, "We need to talk."  Please grab a copy or two  for your self and share it with someone as well.
