He Bruce, chapter 11, verse 5, unless you hear the word of the Lord. By faith, Enoch was translated, that he should not see death, and was not found because God had translated him. For before his translation, he had this testimony that he pleased God. He was not found.

He was translated, or he has been translated. But before this translation, he had a testimony. He had a record that he, Enoch, pleased God. The title of my message this morning is, Please, Enoch.

Teach us to number our days on earth, so we may apply our hearts to wisdom. The journey of life is such a mystery, and it's part of what should happen to us. Death is part of life. The original plan of God was that man will never die.

So that was how he planned it. So the man will live on and live on and live on. But when sin came in, sin brought a break, and death was introduced. For the Lord had said to man in the garden of Eden that you shall eat of every tree in the garden, but of the tree of knowledge and evil, you shall not eat.

In the day that you eat of the tree of knowledge and evil, in dying you shall die. You will die spiritually, you will die physically. This obedience to God is whatever brought death to man. But Christ Jesus our Lord was sent by God the Father to deliver us on the part of sin.

So the Bible says that if any man were in Christ, though he were dead, yet shall he live. Hallelujah. So the Lord made a way out. But the key thing about it all is that once you live his life or her life, please sing God.

Enoch was not. He was translated. There are various kinds of death, but all leads to one place, either to paradise to God or to hell. Folks, hell is real and having is real.

But the way out of it all is that one would please God. It's not about all that we have or all we have achieved or all the names we have made, but how much of lives we have impacted. Teach us to number our days. Teach us to know that life is not about what we think life is.

But life is pleasing God. Some have it short. Some have it on ending. Bible said Enoch was 365 years.

But because of how he pleased God, because of how he only got with his life, because of how he devoted and dedicated his life to the Lord. The Lord got it short. As ministers of the gospel, as professionals, as parents, as statesmen. And what are you?

How are we living this life? And how would our end be like? Are we applying wisdom as we come the number of our days? Take time and count the number of your days.

Take time and count the number of your days. Be true to yourself and ask yourself this question. And if possible, pray on your knees and ask the Lord Jesus. Lord, how am I pleasing you?

Lord, how do you see me? How are we living the life? Enoch was not. He was translated.

He was picked away from the earth. But before that, he had a testimony. He had an affirmation of a record that he pleased God. As long as you have life, you have only text to make the amends and make the changes.

But when you die, nothing else can be changed. Nothing else can be negotiated. So Lord, help us to understand the realities of life. So we can do right and put things straight, because the end of it all is that one must please God.

One must please God. It's not one must please himself. It's not one must please somebody. The Bible says that when anyone is caught on any assignment, even in the military, you please the one that called you to be.

We must please God. Amen. Whatever we do, we must be conscious of making sure that we pass before God, not before man. And I've always asked myself.

People say good things about me. But I ask myself, does all my two gods see me the same way? How does God see me? How does God see you?

Act a lot, these two questions about your life. Lord, am I pleasing you? Lord, how do you see me? And he will genuinely answer you.

He will bring to your thoughts and that quietness. Things in your life that must be dealt with you. He would speak to you in the way you would understand. The apostropole prayed for the Church of Colossae.

That there will be feared with the knowledge of God in all wisdom and spiritual understanding, Colossians 1, 9 to 12. And that there will serve God unto all pleasing, folks, everybody wants to go to heaven. Some call it a myth. Whichever definition you may give to it, it's real.

Our Lord Jesus said, I go to prepare a place for you, for in my Father's house are many machines. Translation made an error in there. It's not machines. It's not houses.

So that we'll take that all then when we go to come to 6 or come to 10 or go to East Lagoon or go to West Lagoon or go to all the prime places in Ghana, we can see those houses and say, oh, then, it's going to be like this one. I also believe that when we are gone, there will occupy the machines that we have around. No. It's rather realms.

They are realms in my Father's house. Where the God of Father resides. It's different from where God of the Son resides. It's different from where the Hindus are.

And there are various classes of angels. And there are various saints that have gone ahead of us. And there are various believers. And there are those that for the sake of Christ have died as matars.

They all have the realms they live in. My Father's house are realms. And I go to prepare a place for you. And when I have finished, I will come back and take you to myself for where I am.

There you may be also. But if this can be real in my life and your life, I'm not going to go to heaven because I'm a preacher. I'm not going to go to heaven because I'm a bishop. I'm not going to go to heaven because I'm a prophet.

I'm not going to go to heaven because I'm an evangelist. I'm not going to go to heaven because I'm a pastor or a teacher. I'm not going to go to heaven because of all that gifts I can emanate. It's fearful because Jesus said, and they will say on that day by Lord we did this miracles in your name.

And he will say, it's the part from me. You are the son of the new people. I do not know you. So that it is not what we do.

But the real life will live. And it must be pleasing in his sight. That I might know him and the fellowship of his suffering, being made conformable unto his death. The Lord help us.

In this journey, like Inok, we would please go. Don't give me the answer. Keep the answer to yourself. Shall we bow our heads in prayer?

Father, help us. Give us what it takes to be filled with the knowledge of your will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding. Help us feel what says in someone to someone that accept the Lord, build a house. They labor in vain that build it.

I said, the Lord watches over the city. The watchmen go back but in vain. What is the effort of man if we do not please you? Help us to think right and to write and please you in all our lives.

Help us to live, please you all the days of our lives. Whether our mistakes and errors, we answer the grace to even acknowledge and to repent and not to deceive ourselves. This grace, we ask for each one of us that we would have the testimony. We will have that proof record.

Thank you Lord. In Jesus' name.
