PLR 25.8: The Bike Advocacy Debacle with James (@CarFreePVD)

Pictured is Alex's $100 bike. Custom made by a wonderful friend who repairs bikes. He bikes, sometimes, but not to work.  In this episode, Alex thought it necessary to have a conversation with a local bike advocate after his tweet about middle class white advocates went viral. He was threatened, he was asked whether he lobbied for fossil fuels, and he was sent a picture of someone's mediocre gentiles all because of a tweet. Listen to him plead his case, listen to James respond, and decide for yourself whether Alex still deserves to get a tomato thrown at him.  If you appreciate what we do consider becoming a patreon supporter at www.patreon.com/plrpodcast
