PLRB's Outstanding Claims Professional Awards 2021: Javier Matus

This is an industry where claims professionals deal with a high volume of claims, time demands, and customers who are distressed due to the loss they just sustained. As a result, some claims professionals can become complacent or even jaded, but the best ones continue to grow, to challenge themselves, and to look at each claim as an opportunity to help their insureds at a time when they need it most. This year, we were pleasantly overwhelmed by the number of submissions we received from claims supervisors from all around the country who nominated their best and brightest for the PLRB Outstanding Claims Professional Award. Javier was one of only three claims professionals selected for this award. Today we'll learn about Javier's work in the insurance industry.
