Speaking outside his home in Ottawa, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau provides an update on the federal government's response to the ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) pandemic, including plans to ease border restrictions to allow for the reunification of immediate family members. The change would allow immediate family members of Canadian citizens and permanent residents to visit the country subject to strict conditions.
