PMA Destiny Mfg EP 0717 - Ed Potoczak - SoftExpert Ed Potoczak worked for an automotive OEM and several Tier I, II, and III suppliers over 20 years in the areas of engineering, quality, program management, and sales. He has also served manufacturers for 25 years as a consultant and implementer of ERP, Quality Management and Business Process Management systems. Currently, Ed is Leader of Solution Engineering and Partner Developmentat SoftExpert Software. He and his colleagues enjoy working to deliver Quality, Compliance, and Business Process Automation solutions which complement ERP and payroll, and usually replace a zillion tracking spreadsheets. They do this in concert with partners who advise and support manufacturers in many areas needing improvement.
