PMDD, ADD, Pelvic pain, Entrepreneur failure to success with Sophia Wise One

from Becoming Parents - Birth Stories and Birthwork Wisdom · host Jennifer Campbell

Sophia showed up naked and I KNEW it was going to be wonderful! It's slightly longer, but SO worth it! I loved this interview and this human being. I know you will too.   From Sophia: Which struggle do I pick? PMDD, ADD, Entrepreneur failure, Pelvic pain?  When I was 19 I lost my mind and chose to leave college mid-semester. I was diagnosed with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), which for me was the worst 2 days of PMS you can imagine but it lasted almost 14 days, the week before and then the week of my period, a.k.a. I would lose myself for half of every month to a whirlwind of mania, depression, and emotional and physical pain.   I used my spiritual and alternative upbringing as the foundation to find healing for my soul, body, mind, and heart. It took 7 years to get my self, my mind, and my joy back. I was able to finish college, become a licensed massage therapist, and worked enough to be financially independent. I gathered everything I learned in a basket on that journey and combined it with my nature, nurture, and training to create my toolbox. Which is Me, all of me. I offer all I know, I have, and have learned.  I learned to do intravaginal pelvic floor work after sex became painful and pelvic pain dominated my life. Now I help people clear, pain, blame, and shame out of their roots. (That's in the book and game too)  I created a card deck, book, and online academy that shares the 72 teachings and 195 practices that healed my body mind and soul. I designed it as a game because play was the most healing component of my journey.   FIND HER HERE: sophiawiseone.com https://www.facebook.com/SophiaWiseOne/ https://www.instagram.com/sophiawiseone/ --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/becoming-parents/message
