PMDD Awareness Month Kick off! Let's Make Peace Not War.

HAPPY PMDD AWARENESS MONTH! I want to start off awareness month, by making peace not war. Totally transparency March was a rough month and I don't know about you, but I have felt beat down a few times. not to mention I read and see a lot of tension in the PMDD community lately and it hurts my heart. We are sisters. We have got to stand together.  I do what I do for the greater good, but for whatever reason, not everyone seems to see it that way. However most do, and I am grateful for that.  I do what I do because my passion is to help, not hinder. I do what I do because I see other women struggling and it makes my heart hurt! I don't want them to struggle and YOU. Yes. YOU reading this right now, I don't want you to struggle. I don't want you to feel alone.    Let's make peace, not war.
