PMS, PMDD, being eco- friendly and also what is going on with the water system?

Send a textOk three vastly different topics but this week I wanted to talk a little bit about  PMS and PMDD because I don't think they are widely enough discussed. Also how crazy is it planning a birthday party for a one-year-old?I also got the opportunity to rant about the water system, I know a bit of a strange topic but it all ties in because I've been struggling with headaches lately and with all the press about sewage leaks, I'm beginning to wonder if it's linked...
