POCcorn - Everything Everywhere All At Once

The POCcorn podcast reviews films created, directed and/or starring People of Color. Each show uses four questions to describe our thoughts on the film, plus one POCcorn moment we simply MUST discuss in detail. In this episode, we discuss Everything Everywhere All at Once and select the "Multiverse Evelyn Scream" scene as our POCcorn moment. This film is exactly what its title implied. It transcended many film genres, and gave its audiences entertainment, emotion and closure. We felt seen in this film, as wives, daughters, mothers, and in Esther's case - as an immigrant. The story itself was enough to rake in awards, but the cast and imagery just made it that much more "chef's kiss." Listen in!
