Pocomucho Daily — Monday 29 June 2026
from Pocomucho Daily
Monday, June 29th, 2026. I'm your host Ben D-M-Z. From Ibiza, this is Pocomucho Daily. Pacha has landed in New York — permanently. The iconic Ibiza institution has opened its first permanent North American home, christening the space over three nights with Solomun, Michael Bibi, and Black Coffee. The venue sits in the old Brooklyn Mirage footprint, and by all accounts the cherries made the journey intact. A big moment for the brand, and a significant one for New York's club landscape. Also on the Ibiza radar — 528 Ibiza is set to fall between worlds with its latest Brunch Electronik collaboration. Details are still emerging on that one, but the pairing of 528's otherworldly setting with the Brunch Electronik concept is one to watch. Nocturna's opening night is here, in collaboration with Xtra Isabella, with Mia Moretti and more on the bill. Season beginnings matter on this island, and Nocturna's arrival adds another strand to what's shaping up to be a strong summer. Davide Squillace has relaunched his independent imprint This And That Lab, marking the return with a new single called 'You Don't Know Me.' The relaunch ends what the announcement describes as a four-year hiatus for the label. Good to have it back. The track is excellent and should go a long way. Vince Watson has unveiled 'Eminesence – The Mixes' via Everysoul — a remix package built around his long-running deep house track, featuring reinterpretations from Cee ElAssaad, Atjazz, and Osunlade. Three strong names on that one. Arthur Oskan has released a new album called 'Analog Sympathiser' — described as a deeply personal record exploring thirty years of analogue synthesis, vintage gear restoration, and creative exploration. Oskan notes he was seventeen when the journey began. It's out now via Decoded Mag's radar. mölly and Mees Salomé have delivered their first-ever collaboration, a track called 'transmission,' out on Colorize. A deeply emotive melodic house cut. First collabs are always interesting — this one sounds like it landed well. Alex Albrecht features in a premiere for 'Too Much Traffic,' part of the first LP release from Pintai — a record label and wholesome get-together. The nine-track double twelve-inch marks a milestone for the imprint after two years and four releases, with contributions from a range of artists alongside Albrecht. Larry Heard has a new album out called 'Leev Ur Ynd,' with Kris Needs taking a deep dive into it this month. Zipping through time and space, as the write-up puts it — which feels about right for Mr. Fingers. Festival news from Europe. Sonora returns to Bordeaux on October 16th and 17th, 2026, at the city's Parc des Expositions, with Nina Kraviz, Klangkuenstler, Hysta, and Kuko confirmed. Dream Nation 2026 has announced a new wave of names for its Halloween edition, including never-before-seen B2Bs and world premiere shows. Infected Mushroom, Pendulum, and Angerfist are all on the bill. And Paradise City 2026 has confirmed its lineup, built — as the festival puts it — across the different cultures of the dancefloor. Richie Hawtin, Floating Points, SHERELLE, and Marlon Hoffstadt are among the names. Solid case for its place among Europe's most respected electronic music events. oK NOW, what's good in biza today, our selection is John Summit presenting Experts Only at Universe alongside MK, Kilimanjaro B2B with TSHA, and Mesto. Amnesia is running Kettama presents Steel City, with DJ Heartstring, X-Coast B2B with Tommy Holohan, and Amy Wiles. Hï has Francis Mercier presenting Solèy, Sébastien Léger B2B with Roy Rosenfeld, Andrea Oliva, LP Giobbi, and Nandu. Out at Las Dalias, Akasha brings DJ Pippi, Willie Graff, and Raven Mandella. And DC10 has Circoloco — a deep lineup including Solomun, Luciano, Chloe Caillet, Call Super, Rony Seikaly, and a long list of others. Big Monday on the island. That's it ravers.
