But now I’m on a completely different side of the pendulum: less hours, way less demand. And somewhere between sleeping in, taking a walk, and just being still, I landed on the word: integrity—following through on your word, even to yourself.We also get into the idea of letting go, the messiness of navigating negotiations and offer letters.
