Once Upon A Gene Effie Parks As a new parent of a child with a rare genetic syndrome, I was lost. There was no guide. There was no rulebook. This was not what I had imagined. As I navigated my way through this new reality, I realized something that should have been simple, but was not. A truth that had always been there, but that I had lost sight of for a time - I am not alone. And neither are you. These are the stories of my family, and of families like ours. These are the stories of how we have persevered, cried, bonded, and grown. These are the stories of children who have been told that they cannot, and that have proved the world wrong. The Moodment Holly Teegarden Having reset my life, I decided to leave the corporate world and pursue my passion for helping people live their lives to the fullest. I am a certified life coach specializing in digital detox, self-care, and building actionable life plans. In 2019, I opened a wellness boutique and followed it up in 2023 with a women's cannabis wellness retreat company and a line of cannabis apparel. I have realized that our wellness largely depends on our MOOD. This inspired me to create a MOODment through my podcast and blog to empower individuals to achieve what they truly deserve by shifting their moods. The podcast balances between being a little woo-woo and 100% practical. It will cover topics such as astrology, fitness, wellness, essential oils, stress, digital detox, self-care, meditation, sleep, nutrition, and more. If you are tired of the monotony in your life and seek to transform through a straightforward approach, be sure to subscribe and listen to my podca The Corporate Escapee: Sometimes You Gotta Say WTF Brett Trainor Tom Cruise said it in Risky Business: "Sometimes you gotta say what the f** and make your move." He was right. He just didn't know he was talking about corporate.*Here's the truth: corporate already quit on you. Maybe it was a layoff. Maybe it was a role that slowly stopped making sense. Maybe you just woke up one day and realized the institution you built your life around stopped caring a long time ago. That's the spark. WTF is the permission. This show is for the ones who are ready to use it.Hosted by Brett Trainor — corporate escapee, serial experimenter, and 6-year proof that it works — The Corporate Escapee brings you real, unfiltered conversations with people who said WTF and built something. Not the polished highlight reels. The real ones. The messy decisions, the unexpected pivots, the "I had no idea what I was doing" moments that turned into something real.Saying WTF doesn't mean burning everything down. It means not standing still.New episodes every week. The only questio Paul Saladino MD podcast Paul Saladino, MD Throughout my training and practice as a physician I have come to one very disappointing conclusion: Western medicine isn’t helping people lead better lives. Now that I’ve realized this, I’ve become obsessed with understanding what makes us healthy or ill. I want to live the best life I can and I want to be able to share this knowledge with others so that they can do the same. This podcast is the result of my relentless search to understand the roots of chronic disease. I hope you’ll join me on this journey.
