What are the guidelines for living your purpose or doing what you’re doing?Process for determining Core Values: Take a business or a person that you like or admire and ask: “What Characteristic or Trait do I like about this person/business” Then: “If I were (that characteristic) what would it provide” Then: “What is important about X” “What is possible to achieve with Y” "Is there anything higher than Z"Repeat until you find your core value just below Source, God, Love, Etc.Fitness Mentors Core values: Community: our goal is to bring everyone together to promote the best education and learning experience through a variety of channelsGrowth: we want you to grow with us, not just by becoming a CPT, but also by continuing your education. We believe that personal growth is just as important as professional growth. We're talking about self-love and sharing your love of fitness with your clients.Authenticity: everything we do, we built on our own. And we've been really successful at doing so. Our study tools have proven to help students like you pass CPT exams and now we're headed to becoming a lead personal trainer certification company in the market today.Purpose: if our purpose is to educate you to become the most qualified and confident personal trainer, we believe that your purpose is to spread your knowledge and love of fitness with your clients, family, and friends (and the world).Service: we make sure that our service to you is #1 at all times.
