This Podcast is an expanded show because we had to miss last weeks Podcast, so this show is around 40 minutes.   On this 14th Podcast of "Flight Training the Way I See it", we recap what we learned from the Flight School Association of North America, or FSANA's conference in Orlando a few weeks ago.  There are some changes to the DPE process coming down the pike.  Sorry we missed the Podcast last week, but we had a large CFI Class in Miami and all hands needed to be on deck to take care of the students.  From the last Podcast we tracked down the right way to check on the status of your pilot certificate and perhaps get an extension to your temporary certificate if it has expired.  There is a new checkride and marketing tip, an update on CFI Bootcamp and what new things we are creating, and we look at what it's like to fly corporate.  In the last segment of the show we talk about flying efficiently and how that is rarely taught.  Mike gives some insight on how to improve the efficiency of flying with something he calls "Minimum Viable Planning".  Also he takes the time to really explore the inner workings of a commercial maneuver called the Chandelle.
