From the archives! "The full assurance of hope". During COVID-19 we're bringing back some older content which hasn't been heard in a while. This series looks at the writer of Hebrew's desire for his recipients to "have the full assurance of hope". How often, as a Christian, have you had doubts as to your salvation, or as to what lies the other side of death? Both in the Bible and down through the history of the church we find believers at one moment performing great feats for their God, only to be drowning in doubt and confusion the next. Over and over again in scripture we are exhorted to be sure and certain both of our standing in Christ and of our future because of Christ. In this series we seek to understand how we can have full assurance in Christ. Originally preached in 2011.
