Question 1: “Hi Dr. Berne! I have followed your podcast and have loved everything you have said. I had a concussion when I was little and never understood why I had a hard time reading. Now, I am doing vision therapy but I also have OCD. I was wondering if you know anything about OCD and the eyes. I am always worried about having tension in my eyes and I am constantly aware about it giving me anxiety. Like I try to do everything without tension in my eyes but I’m not sure what’s going on.I am also scared about getting double vision.
