The court ruled on Friday that Mngwengwe must issue an apology to the Indian-origin community- for a racist and inciteful comment he posted about that community following the 2021 July Unrest. Ganesh took the matter to court two and a half years ago. He says that while he wished the court added some community work to the sentence- he is satisfied that this ruling sets a precedent against further cases of hate speech against minority groups...
