Nerisha Sewpugan's daughter is a matric pupil at Westcliff Secondary School, which is situated on Florence Nightengale Drive, directly opposite the dump site. The site has seen thousands of refuse bags being dumped outside its premises over the past three weeks due to the ongoing municipal strike. Sewpugan says her daughter is now ill, which she believes is due to the excessive dumping....
