This is one among other critical questions that are being discussed in a series of webinars hosted by civil society group, Defend Our Democracy. According to Government, the NDP aims to eliminate poverty and reduce inequality by 2030. The Plan seeks to do this by drawing on the energies of its people and growing an inclusive economy. As 30 years of democracy approaches in 2024, there are just six years left to fulfil the mandate of the NDP. All of this while the country continues to face several economic and social issues. Author and webinar leader, John Matisonn says the nation needs to rally together in an effort to envision a better South Africa for all... *The webinar is to be held on Saturday's between 10am and half past 11.
