#PODCAST Closing arguments heard in case of Phoenix man accused of torching wife and four children

By Newsbreak Producer, Tashlan Naidoo - The state is presenting its closing arguments at Durban High Court in the murder trial a 57-year-old man accused of torching to death his wife and four children in Phoenix in 2021. Kista Chetty is facing five counts of premeditated murder, six counts of attempted murder, and arson. He has pleaded not guilty to all the charges.  In his affidavit he claims he started the fire in an attempt to commit suicide, after a heated argument with his brother in-law and wife.
