The KZN Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (COGTA) is further warning that the disruptive rains could lead to disasters. Areas that are likely to be affected includes uMhlathuze, Mtubatuba, Big Five Hlabisa, Nongoma, Jozini and uPhongolo local municipalities.
