A lack of critical infrastructure has emerged as the number one risk for businesses in South Africa for the second consecutive year highlighting the severe impact of power. The report highlights the severe impact of rolling blackouts and the collapse of services at ports on businesses. CFO of Allianz South Africa, Kevin Barnes
