#PODCAST Durban cartoonist Nanda Soobben launches series of art workshops for GBV and rape survivors #sabcnews

By Newsbreak Producer Tashlan Naidoo - Popular cartoonist, Nanda Soobben launched the first of a series of art workshops for Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and rape survivors at the weekend. The workshops are in honor of the late Anshu Padayachee - who was the founder of Advice Desk for Abused Women. Soobben says these classes are not limited to GBV survivors and women from the community at large are welcome to attend. The classes will be held at the BAT Centre painting room from 10am to 3PM.
