Being the founder of Educator Wellness SA, an enterprise that focuses on the wellbeing of teachers, Waheeda debuts her first title 'Kismet' - for roses to blossom. It's a story of a 3rd year Med School student named Zainub, giving up her studies to take care of her ailing, ageing father whose dying wish is for her to marry Ahmed, his late best friend's son. Now facing a sudden arranged marriage, the author Waheeda Joosab says "one has to water the thorny stems before you see the roses bloom"...
