I speak to Glenn Bloomer.   Glenn Bloomer served in the British Army for 24 years, working in the Training and Leadership Development sectors for the majority of his Service. After leaving the Service he has sought find a better work/life balance and is a self employed Mountaineering Instructor and Leadership Consultant. His work has spanned from taking novice mountaineers to summit unclimbed peaks in Eastern Greenland to providing resilience training to the NHS.
