Shining a light on the great things women in finance can achieve, Dawn is an inspirational and tenacious leader who aims to revolutionise the culture of the financial services sector.  With an impressive 20+ year history of surpassing ambitious business goals and delivering innovative learning and organisational development initiatives, Dawn strongly believes the biggest asset to any organisation is its people and is committed to nurturing all employees.  It is Dawn’s tenacity that helped her overcome the challenges that going through early menopause in the workplace threw at her when she was aged just 37. Following her personal experiences of menopause in the workplace, Dawn is committed to supporting women’s advancement in business through developing and retaining female talent. One way of doing this was by rolling out a menopause policy at tax relief specialist Access2Funding in 2021.  Demonstrating the highest degree of finance excellence, innovation and leadership, Dawn actively supports women’s advancement in business and seeks to bring more diversity to the finance sector.  Earlier this year, Dawn was crowned the winner of the Merseyside Women of the Year Awards’ Women Making a Difference category.
