I speak to Kerryn Price.   "Hi, my name is Kerryn Price, I currently work in the charity sector as an Internal Auditor & Risk Manager.  Prior to this role I worked in the NHS for 14 years in various roles within Clinical Governance and Lloyds Banking Group before this for 7 years.  My leadership journey started when I was working for Lloyds Banking Group, however I didn’t appreciate this at the time; mainly because ‘leadership’ wasn’t known in the same way as is it now and the learning was not there in the same way. I have grown so much in recent years whilst working for the NHS and have felt my leadership journey go from strength to strength particularly since graduating from Lancaster University in December 2021 having completed a Msc in Senior Leadership.
