In this episode we invent the waterproof e-reader and expound on the virtues of Swedish Fish. Also, we cover chapters 30-43 of The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss. These chapters cover Kvothe’s departure from Tarbean and arrival to “The University.” We follow him as he makes new friends and new enemies. Kvothe manages to get kicked out of the University archives the first time that he enters. In next weeks episode we will cover chapters 44-59; our biggest chunk yet. Predictions: * Denna is coming back. Kvothe says that he will never see her again, but I don’t think that is true. * Hemme is a dick. But, Ambrose will be the larger antagonist. I believe that Ambrose will be central to the overall plot of this book. It is also possible, perhaps even probable, that through Ambrose Kvothe will manage to piss off even more important people down the road. * Kvothe will find a way to get himself unbanned from the archives.
