Director of People and Organisational Development for Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service, overseeing the delivery of Leadership and Development , Organisational Development, Recruitment, People Services , Industrial Relations and Occupational Health whilst working as part of the Strategic Leadership Team focusing on Organisational engagement, Culture and Values and the development of high performing Teams. I am also the strategic HR Adviser to the National Joint Council Employers side , looking at all national development of the Fire Service My previous HR experience has been in local government across Social Services, Education, Highways and Leisure Services.
