I speak to John Stephenson.  I served for 22 years in the Royal Signals and reached the rank of WO1 and having the honour of becoming a Regimental Sergeant Major.  I am now the director and joint founder of the Forces Transition Group, a handrail using 5 Fundamentals for all service leavers.  These include CV writing, Networking, CPD Alignment, Elevation and Finance with an added bonus of job acceleration towards the end of each individuals exit strategy.  The legacy I would like to leave is to solve the transition process of every single service person, as currently this area has never been understood correctly and is certainly in need of more development.
