I speak to Richard Huxley.    Richard has held senior executive and commercial leadership roles in complex businesses including Brammer and RS Components and is an active mentor within The Prince’s Trust and Virgin StartUp. He is currently the Managing Director of NWF Fuels, the UK’s third largest fuel distributor and also holds the role of Cheshire Chair for the Institute of Directors.  He has achieved business success in countries around the world for global companies including Hitachi, Samsung and Arrow Electronics Inc. and has lived both in Europe and Asia where he developed and managed multi country, diverse teams to serve both local and global customer bases.  He is a life long learner and continues his quest to better understand what drives consistent high performance, improving leadership skills and what drives peoples behaviour and decision making in order to be better personally each and every day!  Outside of work, he is father of two school age boys who keep him and his wife very busy and he is a keen runner, trail walker and cyclist and has completed endurance challenges in the UK and overseas through the years.
