I speak to Andy Incels.   Grew up in Leicestershire,Started career at Marks & Spencer as a Young Manager Trainee (after putting plans to become an Air Traffic Controller on hold!).  Spent first part of career learning the ropes of Retail in stores, before taking on a variety of Store Manager positions • Second part of M&S career involved leading the business through a Workforce Management transformation programme, at a time of huge change for the organisation. Also included time spent in Continuous Improvement, and leading the strategic Retail Programme Delivery function Joined Greene King Pub Co. just under a year ago as Director of Deployment, in order to define and drive the Workforce Management stagey as part of a broader HR Transformation and cultural repositioning journey.
