People are entitled to feel and express sadness. Yet sadness It’s an emotion that helps us relieve stress, empathise with other people and makes us think about what we really want in life   Anger is an emotion that everyone has experienced. Something or someone has made you frustrated, infuriated, irritated, annoyed or just plain angry.
