That's the view of climate change expert Professor Tafadzwa Mabhaudhi. More than 20 people lost their lives in floods that struck Ladysmith on Christmas Eve. Most recently eight people died after flash floods last week in the eThekwini metro. Prof. Mabhaudhi explains some of the interventions needed to mitigate the effects of heavy downpours across the province, COGTA KZN also joined the discussion.
