By Newsbreak Producer Taliesha Naidoo - A 31-year-old suspect will be appearing in the Chatsworth Magistrates Court this morning for a formal bail application. The man, who is a church youth leader, is accused of raping a 14-year-old girl. The suspect was arrested by the Hawks on the 7th of March at his Westcliff home in Chatsworth, south of Durban. Several laptops and cell phones were seized and will be sent for forensic analysis. The suspect was denied bail in last court appearance on the 8th of March and remanded to the Westville Prison. Tymara Samuel, head of legal at the non-profit GBV organisation, SA Outreach and Emergency Services, says the victim in the case requires extensive counselling following the alleged incident....
