#PODCAST HASA says NHI will hamper instead of promote access to quality healthcare

The Bill was passed by both Houses of Parliament last year. One of the main aims of the Bill is to provide universal health care to all South African citizens. Meanwhile, the Hospital Association of South Africa (HASA) says the NHI will hamper, rather than promote, access to quality healthcare for citizens in the country.
