By Newsbreak Producer, Taliesha Naidoo - The Pietermaritzburg Magistrates Court has dismissed an application by the legal team of the IEC official charged with the contravention of the electoral act for the matter to be transferred to the electoral court. Musawenkosi Mnikathi - an IEC area manager in uMsunduzi during the May 29 general elections was arrested last month, but later released on a warning.
